カリフォルニア連邦裁判所、エピックゲームズのGoogleの反トラスト法違反を認める - Epic Games wins against Google for violation of antitrust at CA district court.

　カリフォルニア連邦地方裁判所は、12月11日、ゲーム「フォートナイト」の開発元であるエピックゲームスがGoogleに対し、そのアプリストアの運営が反トラスト法違反である旨を訴えて提起した裁判において、その陪審員がエピックゲームの主張を認める評決をした。
　なお、エピックゲームスは、2020年にAppleに対しても同様の裁判を提起しているが、2021年9月のアップルに対する判決は、概ねAppleの主張を認める内容となっていた。

Jury turned verdict against Google on Dec 11, in an antitrust lawsuit raised by Epic Games, a developer of a video game “Fortnite” before California Federal District Court. Epic Games also sued Apple in 2020 for similar causes; however, the court ruled generally in favor of Apple in Sep 2021.
