AIと著作権に関する文化庁の意見募集に対して各団体が提出済み意見を公表 - Comments submitted by several organizations in response to the Agency for Cultural Affairs' request for comments on AI and copyright are now publicly available

　文化庁著作権課が2024年1月23日より実施していた「AIと著作権に関する考え方について（素案）」に関する意見募集が2月12日に終了した。

　団体から提出された意見として2月16日15時時点で確認できたものとしては、以下のものがある。

　なお、この素案は、政府の文化審議会著作権分科会において2023年6月よりAIと著作権との関係について審議が行われているところ、同分科会法制度小委員会においてAIと著作権に関する現時点の考え方を整理したとされるものである。

　On February 12, the Copyright Division of the Agency for Cultural Affairs closed its call for comments on the "Draft of the Approach to AI and Copyright," which began on January 23, 2024.

　As of 3:00 p.m. JST on February 16, the following comments were received from several organizations.

　The draft is said to be a summary of the current thoughts on AI and copyright by the Subcommittee on Legal System of the Council for Cultural Affairs, which has been deliberating on the relationship between AI and copyright since June 2023.
