文化庁から「AIと著作権に関する考え方について」が公表される - Agency for Cultural Affaris pubulished their report of "The Approach to AI and Copyright."

文化庁は、3月19日文化審議会著作権分科会において、3月15日付で取りまとめられた「AIと著作権に関する考え方について」を報告した。これは、文化審議会著作権分科会法制度小委員会において取りまとめられ、パブリックコメントの募集を経て、最終版となったものである（各団体が提出した意見の状況については、本記事においても2024年2月16日付で配信している）。同報告は、3月27日、文化審議会総会においても報告された。文化庁は、本報告に関し、現行の著作権の解釈を精緻化したものであるとコメントしている。

On March 19, 2024, Subdivision on Copyright of the Council for Cultural Affairs (“Copyright Subdivision”) announced the report on “The Approach to AI and Copyright” dated March 15, 2024.  
The report was prepared by Subcommittee on Legal System of the Copyright Subdivision and became finalized after call for comments (Some comments prepared by related parties were reported by the Article under this column dated February 16, 2024).  The report was also submitted before General Assembly of the Council for Cultural Affairs on Mach 27.  The Agency for Cultural Affairs announced that the report was prepared in a manner to refine the legal interpretation of the current Japanese Copyright Act.
